Kurahi 2.3.0

日本語: Kurahi 2.3.0

Kurahi 2.3.0 turns the Business Edition into functional packs over the systems a company already uses, adds quotations and purchasing, and lets Autopilot reason with a model API or a model on the company’s own machine. Kurahi is built by the KODA SōKEN team. The complete list of changes is in the changelog.

With 2.3.0 you can:

  • Prepare quotations from your own price list. A quotation request becomes a case with a 見積書 in Word and Excel. Kurahi computes every amount and the consumption tax per rate (インボイス制度); items the price list cannot price are marked 要確認, and a quotation with open items can only be released as a provisional estimate. Sending is always a person’s action.
  • Compare supplier quotes and draft purchase orders. Keep a case’s supplier quotes (from CSV or Excel sheets), compare them, record a person’s choice and draft each chosen supplier’s 発注書.
  • Run work that spans departments. A linked case plans steps in several departments, tracks dependencies and escalates stuck cases; a pack’s worksheet can start one from the console.
  • Keep data for as long as you must, and no longer. Retention rules with signed manifests, legal holds, eDiscovery export, a My Number guard and data subject requests.
  • Run Autopilot without a command-line model. Routines can reason through any OpenAI-compatible model API or a local Ollama model; content need not leave your network.
  • Quotations (見積管理): price lists in CSV (UTF-8 or Shift_JIS) or Excel (.xlsx); tax per rate rounded once per document; revisions (R2, R3 …) name the version they supersede; approval is bound to the exact files; a price list older than the company’s limit needs a person’s confirmation.
  • Purchasing: supplier quote comparison (up to 20 suppliers and 200 items), a recorded supplier choice (passing over the lowest quote needs a reason) and purchase-order drafts that keep the sheet they came from.
  • Functional packs: Sales quotation, Employee requests, People operations, Contracts and obligations and Management oversight, each with forms, routes, checks and Japanese and English guidance. Each pack’s page lists what it does not include.
  • Cases across departments, hand-offs and notifications: linked cases, hand-off tracking from approval to closure (only a person attests that a payment settled), in-app notifications, and withdrawal of a delegation before the delegate uses it.
  • Document previews of attached PDF and Office files, and faster work queues for large volumes.
  • backend: api: a routine names <provider>/<model> (for example sakura/…, a Qwen endpoint or ollama/<model>). The request carries no tools; replies with tool calls, cut off at the token limit, filtered or refused are discarded with the reason. HTTPS is required except for a model on the same machine or a private network.
  • Local models: a local Ollama model is given a context that fits the gathered content, and an answer whose prompt filled the context is discarded. A call waits as long as the routine’s timeoutSeconds allows (up to 900 s).
  • A routines file naming a reasoning backend the engine cannot run is refused when it is loaded.
  • governance in the configuration: retention per data class with signed sweep manifests, legal holds, minimum retention for audit and evidence, eDiscovery export, personal-data handling (My Number and other identifiers) and data subject requests (APPI).
  • Desktop 0.5.0 is unchanged and works with 2.3.0; its installers are attached to this release.
  • Project files reached through a symlinked folder (macOS /var, /tmp) are accepted when their real path is inside the Project.
  • Price lists refuse oversized cells and duplicated item codes instead of guessing.

kurahi update (or install.sh / install.ps1 with --version 2.3.0) installs 2.3.0 as usual; see Updating. A 2.2.0 configuration loads unchanged; everything new is off until you configure it. Standard and enterprise packages are published as in 2.2.0, and optional plugins as kurahi-<id>-2.3.0.tgz with a .sha256.

install.sh --version 2.2.0 (Windows: install.ps1 -Version 2.2.0) installs 2.2.0 again; see Updating. Before you start 2.2.0:

  • Remove governance from the configuration file: 2.2.0 does not accept keys it does not know and would not use the file.
  • Routines with reasoner: { backend: api } do not run on 2.2.0; switch them to codex-cli or claude-cli, or pause them.
  • 2.2.0 does not know work queue rules with overrideOutcome or the 2.3.0 packs and may refuse those policy files; pause those Projects first. Quotations, linked cases and hand-offs created by 2.3.0 stay on disk, but 2.2.0 has no screens or tools for them.
  • Kurahi is self-hosted: your servers and any model provider you choose are separate from Kurahi.
  • Checksums for every asset are in SHA256SUMS.txt and SHA256SUMS-desktop.txt.
